“I like coming to the day centre and getting out of the house. If I were not able to come out, I would not be very happy and would not know what to do. I look forward to every Mondays and the meals are great! The centre has change me where I am able to be confident and speak up more.”

Linda G – Ward End, Birmingham

  • “I like coming to the centre because it is very good with good company. If I were not able to come out, I would be eating Wiltshire Farm Foods and they are not as nearly good as fresh meals I have here. I have been out on some cracking trips and if I were not able to come out to the centre, I would miss it dreadfully!!”

Jim H – Hodge Hill, Birmingham

  • “I like coming to the centre because it is very good. I like the way the centre is open and allow people to meet and have a chat. If I did not come to the centre, I would be at home falling asleep in front of the T.V and miss these lovely meals.”

Bernard D – Hodge Hill, Birmingham

  • “The centre has changed my life since coming. I can socialise with other people, confidence to speak out and makes me aware of who I am. I make my own choices and it give me independence. If I were not able to come out to the group this would make me very unhappy. I enjoy my meals and look forward to my days with my friends.”

    Justina T – Nechells, Birmingham

  • “I enjoy everything about the centre…. mostly the place and people. If I were not able to come out, I would feel sad and unhappy.”

    Del H – Aston, Birmingham

  • “Since coming to the group, I have made new people and formed friendship. I enjoy my meals and the activities are very good. If I did not have the centre to come out to, I would be stuck at home and miss out on the fun and laughter!!”

“I have been with ACE Services CIC for 13 months, and I find the service exceptionally reliable and good for me. Since being with the service I look forward to the Support worker coming to see me to have a chat and support with the things I find difficult to do. I am incredibly happy with the service.”

    Gordon W – Sutton Coldfield

  • “For me it is essential that my care is reliable and engenders a feeling of safety, this has been exceedingly difficult to find elsewhere but has been delivered perfectly.

This has given back to me the security to take back significant control over fundamental aspects in relation to managing my life. I have also regained access to some of my more cherished social activities. All essential in underpinning my well-being.”

    Gerry F. – Sutton Coldfield

  • “We approached ACE SERVICES CIC several years ago to provide a befriending service. Since then, as my mother’s needs have changed, they have shown professionalism, sensitivity, and flexibility in meeting her changing needs. I could not commend them highly enough; they are our 4th emergency service.”
